The VFW offers a number of programs and resources to Members and Veterans alike as well as opportunities to support our local communities. Financial programs are open to Veterans such as Unmet Needs, Student Veteran Support Grants, SVA Legislative Fellowship Grants, and support with VA Claims and Benefits.

 

There are several opportunities with Student Veterans of America (SVA) that are available as well as opportunity’s to support the VFW in Veterans Legislative Advocacy.

 

Community programs are available as well in the forms of VA Volunteers, Service Officers, Buddy Poppies, local troop support through the Military Assistance Program (MAP), Patriotic days and celebrations, and youth and education opportunities available as scholarships, Scout of the year award, Teacher of the year award, and VFW in the classroom.
